Mostly you receive a special capsule from the crematorium. On request we enclose a funnel to allow the respectful, hygienic and easy transfer of the ashes.
How to fill the ashes into the urn:
Put the urn on the table and screw left to open. Fill the ashes in the cotton bag. Tie up the bag and distribute the ashes evenly. Put the bag into the urn in circles and screw right to close the urn.
